Achievements: Designed and executed modern Rice Milling & Sorting Plants by increasing the milling capacities and saving energy by introduction of steam turbines in industry at designing stage which uses the rice husk for steam generation which in turn runs the turbine for power generation. Designed and executed the Grain Storage Management System at OLAM FARMS, MAKUDI, NIGERIA, AFRICA. It is one of the first project of its type in Nigeria. 

Post Engineering Qualifications: M.B.A. from Symbiosis, Pune. 

Current Job Profile: I am currently working at AGCO Corp. Assumption, USA, in Project Management department and looking after the South Asia region for their grain storage & Poultry Projects. We are providing moderns solutions for grain storage in Steel Silos replacing the conventional methods of Cap Storage & Godown Storage. And also, I am involved in designing of modern food processing plants for higher capacities as an engineering consultant. With this profile, I am also able to make awareness among people in India also for grain management System. And now-a-days FCI has also started installing Steel Silo to prevent grain Spoilage in our country and I had involved myself in these projects also. 

How this Scholarship has played an important role in my life: The position that I had gained today would not have been possible without Scholarship from PTC and GNDEC. After doing my higher secondary, I was fascinated with all the tools and machine parts in my father's workshop. 'Because of his exposure to different kinds of material, metal, clay, tools, etc. My dream was to become a Mechanical Engineer. But my father’s income was not enough that he could fund me for my graduation. So I started to help my father in repairing of textile machines. Meanwhile I had seen one advertisement on PTC Channel Punjabi about the contest “KAUN BANUGA ENGINEER”. So I applied for this contest by using my spare time from my work and then one day I got call from one of the representative of PTC Channel saying “Congratulations, you have been selected for free engineering education at GNDEC Bidar.” That was the most remember-able day of my life that had changed my life and gave me a path to achieve and fulfill my dreams in life. After I got admission in Mechanical Stream at GNDEC Bidar, I found myself studying in one of the best colleges in world. Every day at GNDEC Bidar was like my dreams coming true. The curriculum of the college promises imbibing in students the core knowledge of the course with sufficient practical aspect attached to it. And the academic environment of college is shaped by its management & teachers, whose dedicated focus on teaching challenges and inspires the students. The teaching methods adopted to enhance best of the practices and help students to derive the best of the learning from their courses. 

I would like to say that I & my family will never forget the gratitude of PTC Channel & GNDEC Bidar who had changed my life and helped me in achieving my dreams.
